*Custom orders, engagement & ceremonial pieces by outside designers (pieces not made by Little Gold) will vary in turnaround time - products that have a longer timeline will have an estimated production time listed in the description.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your new piece!

Orders can be returned onto the original payment method or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
- After 10 days, orders are eligible for store credit only.
- Pieces damaged through poor care are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Sale, custom, resized and special order items (this includes all engagement rings) are final sale, including purchases using all sale, influencer & promo/discount codes.
Please note that pieces must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging - we do not accept unauthorized returns, please contact us first before sending it.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
