Do you have a warranty?

We're proud to be handmade and we stand by our work.

Though rare, if your piece does arrive damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you'll be sent a replacement ASAP.

Please note that tarnishing & gold-plating wearing off are not considered a defect and are not eligible for a replacement - please read our care guide here for all the details
