Can I modify/cancel my order after it's placed?

If you need to make changes (such as a mistyped address) or cancel your order after it's been placed, please contact us ASAP (within 24 hours).

We'll do our utmost best to accommodate you - please be aware that if your order has already shipped, we're unable to make any changes.

If you've entered your address incorrectly, please let us know right away.

If your order has already shipped to the incorrect address, please note that we'll need your original order to return to us before being able to refund you.

You're also welcome to place a new order and once your original order has returned to us, you'll be refunded for the original order.

How do I find my ring size?

We always recommend getting sized in-person if you can! Any local jeweller will be able to size you.

Beyond that, we recommend using one of our Ring Sizers.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, from Canada.

How much is shipping?

Shipping on orders over $100 is free.

Shipping on orders under $100 is a flat-rate of $10 for standard shipping.

How long does shipping generally take?

Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

how do i find my tracking info?

You'll receive an email with your tracking info to the email address on your order.

Can my order be rushed?

If you'd like rush shipping, please choose your preferred shipping method upon checkout.

If you'd like a different shipping method not listed, please contact us for options before placing your order.

duties & taxes on international orders

Please be aware that customs and duties are not included in your order.

Customer is responsible for any customs and/or fees incurred.

My order says delivered, but I haven't received it?

Don't worry!

Occasionally, couriers may mark orders as delivered before actual delivery. In this case, we find most orders are delivered the next day.

Please allow up to 24 hours after being marked delivered for your package to arrive.

We strongly recommend checking with your neighbours and any potential delivery spots (parcel lockers, hidden areas, etc.) to check that your package hasn't been delivered there.

If your package still hasn't been delivered/found after 24 hours, please contact us - we'll file a claim with the courier on your behalf to find your package.

Please be aware this process can take up to 14 days; we're unfortunately unable to refund orders marked delivered until this process is complete.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item for a refund?

We want you to love your Little Gold jewelry.

Regularly priced items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Orders must be returned in unworn condition and in original packaging. Any returns arriving damaged or missing parts will be rejected.

Once the order has been received by us, you'll be issued a refund onto your original method of payment.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only, within 14 days of delivery.

Custom, made-to-order and items marked 'final sale' are final sale, no exceptions.

Can I exchange an item?

Do I have to pay for returns/exchanges?

Returns/exchanges are eligible for pre-paid shipping labels within Canada only.

Regretfully, we're currently unable to offer free returns/exchanges for US and international customers (we're working on it!)

How do I begin a return or exchange?

We're proud to be handmade and we stand by our work.

If your piece needs a repair due an issue with craftsmanship, we'll make it right for you immediately.

If your piece needs a repair due to general wear & tear or customer care, we're happy to chat with you about options.

Do you do custom work?

To ensure we're able to provide the best possible service and full attention to your project, we're able to create a limited amount of custom pieces per year.

Please feel free to get in touch with your ideas at any time!

If we're not currently able to take on your project, we'll be happy to contact you when a spot is available as soon as possible.

Can I customize a ready-to-ship piece?

Unfortunately, we're not able to customize our ready-to-ship pieces at this time - sorry!
