Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship worldwide excluding the USA due to the changing tariff situation.
We love our US customers and are working hard to start shipping to you again!
Where do you ship from?
While we're a Victoria-based company, our orders ship from our Toronto fulfillment centre.
Basing our shipping in central Toronto instead of our little island home allows us to have speedier & more efficient shipping across Canada and internationally :)
How much is shipping?
In Canada, shipping on orders over $100 is free. Orders under $100 have a flat-rate of $10 for standard shipping.
On International orders, our standard shipping is $20 CAD (6-10 business days) and $50 CAD for express (4-7 business days).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

how do i find my tracking info?
You'll receive an email with your tracking info to the email address on your order.
Please check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox - if you're still unable to find it, please get in touch
Can my order be rushed?
If you'd like rush shipping, please choose your preferred shipping method upon checkout.
If you'd like a different shipping method not listed, please contact us for options before placing your order.
Duties & Taxes on International Orders
Please be aware that customs and duties are not included in your order.
Customer is responsible for any customs and/or fees incurred.
Help! My order says delivered but I don't have it
Don't worry!
Occasionally, couriers may mark orders as delivered before actual delivery. In this case, we find most orders are delivered the next day.
Please allow up to 24 hours after being marked delivered for your package to arrive.
We strongly recommend checking with your neighbours and any potential delivery spots (parcel lockers, hidden areas, etc.) to check that your package hasn't been delivered there.

If your package still hasn't been delivered/found after 24 hours, please contact us - we'll file a claim with the courier on your behalf to find your package.
Please be aware this process can take up to 14 days; we're unfortunately unable to refund orders marked delivered until this process is complete.
