We're proud to be handmade and we stand by our work.

If your piece needs a repair due an issue with craftsmanship, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.

If your piece needs a repair due to general wear & tear or customer care, we're happy to chat with you about options.

Please note that tarnishing, etc. is not considered a defect - please read our care guide here for all the details

What do I need to know about repairs?

If your piece needs a repair due an issue with craftsmanship, we'll make it right for you immediately.

If your piece needs a repair due to general wear & tear or customer care (bent rings, re-plating, etc.), we offer repairs for a small fee.

Please note that tarnishing and gold plating wearing aren't a defect - they're a sign of a well-loved piece! Please see more info here

My chain broke, what do I do?

If your chain has broken within 1 year of purchase, please contact us for a replacement.

For overall care, we recommend handling chains gently; while our chains are sturdy, all chains that get caught on things can snap or break.

A piece I bought from one of your retailers needs a repair
